Newest Twitter darling Angelica Jane Yap, also known as “Pastillas Girl,” is the latest lucky charm of ABS-CBN noontime show “It’s Showtime”.
According to ABS-CBN news, the September 15 episode of “It’s Showtime” garnered 18.2% in national TV ratings, as it closed in on rival “Eat Bulaga,” which scored 20.6%. On September 14,”It’s Showtime” scored 14.1% while “Eat Bulaga” has 20%.
“Nasaan Ka Mr. Pastillas” segment started when Vice Ganda offered help to Angelica in her quest to find the love of her life. The unscripted nature of the said segment instantly appealed to the followers of the show.
