Maine Mendoza, one half of #AlDub, passed out during the wedding of Yaya Dub and Frankie Arinolli during Eat Bulaga’s segment, Juan for All, All for Juan on August 8.
She was reportedly rushed to a hospital after passing out in the middle of her wedding scene with Frankie, the character of comedian Jose Manalo.
After the show, Yaya Dub tweeted, explaining that she was fine and that the cause for her fainting was fatigue. “As I posted earlier, I’m feeling under the weather since this morning. We’re too busy preparing for the segment that I forgot to take my meds. That’s probably the reason why I passed out during our cue,” she wrote.
She also added that her passing out was not scripted, as what some netizens suspected. “None of it was scripted. I was immediately rushed to the hospital so I can have myself checked. But nothing to worry, they said it’s all because of over fatigue,” she said. “Super appreciate all the love and concern from everyone! Rampa na ulit si Yaya Dub!”

Yaya Dub is known for being one-half of the popular loveteam, AlDub – the other half is actor Alden Richards. She became an online hit for her impersonations of personalities like TV host Kris Aquino using the mobile application Dubsmash.
