Benton Blount, the family man sings a cover of One Direction’s “The Story of My Life for his finale performance on America’s Got Talent Season 10 Finale Tuesday night, Sept. 15, live at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City.

Howard says he looked like a star up there. However, he notes that Benton was flat in places. Heidi says people have connected with his story, and that he has a heart of gold.
Mel B wasn’t a fan, but thought he was perfect this week. “People genuinely like you, and that’s why you’re here,” she adds. Howie agrees, saying people really like Benton, and applauds him for the smart song choice.
