Reality television singing competition “The Voice Teens Philippines is set to premiere Sunday night, April 16, via ABS-CBN network, replacing Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids.
First stage is the blind auditions, where artists will be given a minimum of 90 seconds to sing their audition piece. The coaches of the show will be sitting on a chair facing away from the stage and artist. If they like what they hear and want to mentor the artist for the next stage, they will push a button on their chair that would turn the chair around to face the artists for the first time.
This will be the third version of The Voice franchise, after The Voice of the Philippines and The Voice Kids; this will also be the second The Voice Teens franchise in the world and the first in Asia.
Lea Salonga, Bamboo Manalac, Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Sarah Geronimo will sit on the red chair for Season 1 to find the next young singing super star in the country.
The show will be hosted by Luis Manzano and Toni Gonzaga. Tune in tonight at 7 for the all new episodes of The Voice Teens Philippines.
