Demian Aditya, Indonesian escape artist, shocked the audience and judges for his death-defying performance on NBC’s America’s Got Talent Season 12 premiere episode on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
During his performance, he was locked at the bottom of a cage that had many pounds of sand flowing down on him. He said it was only his second attempt performing the stunt and it’s such a dangerous act that he was literally risking his life.

“I thought you are dead. It was an amazing act,” said Simon Cowell. “You scared me. Visually, this was incredible. Mind blowing,” said Heidi Klum.
“You took me in a roller coaster ride and I love it,” said Mel B. “I never been so thrilled,” said Howie Mandel.
