In a statement released Tuesday evening, Mars noted that only products manufactured at the Netherlands facility are affected.

“This recall does not impact any Mars products manufactured or sold through traditional retail channels in the United States,” Mars said.

“The easiest way for consumers to determine whether they have a product that has been recalled is to look at the label. If it is not labeled “Mars Netherlands,” it is not included in the recall,” the company added.

Please note that products included in the recall are: Mars, Milky Way, Snickers, Celebrations, and Mini Mix candies that were manufactured at the Netherlands facility between December 5, 2015 and January 18, 2016.
