Another Filipina talent is making name overseas after her impressive rendition of “All The Man I Need” by Whitney Houston on X Factor UK auditions on Monday, September 12.
Ivy Grace Paredes from Malaybalay, Bukidnon, amazed the four judges of the competition with her performance.
“Oh my God!,” exclaimed Simon Cowell. “What just happened there? That was more than amazing. It was the second half of the song, the first half was good and then suddenly it was like you were possessed by someone. It was incredible, one of the best we have had,” he added.
“She just sang our faces off! Everyone comes in here and tells us they want it so bad but that is called wanting it and fighting for it,” replied Nicole Scherziner.
Another judge Louis Walsh said Paredes’ performance was “sensational” and said that she was a “little diva.”
Paredes received four yeses from the judges and will move on to the next round of the competition.

The 33 year-old singer and mother admitted that she was inspired to audition by 4th Impact, who made it all the way to the live shows last year.
“Last year I was browsing the internet, because I can only watch X Factor on Youtube. I don’t have a television. I watched 4th Impact the group of Filipino sisters. I felt really inspired and thought if they can make it, I can make it too,” she said.
