Nonito ‘The Filipino Flash’ Donaire won over Mexican fighter Fernando Montiel via technical knockout in their Las Vegas clash Saturday night (Sunday in Manila). Donaire is now the new WBC/WBO Bantamweight Champion.

Nonito Donaire is currently at No. 5 in Ring Magazine’s list of top 10 pound-for-pound fighters of the world, while on top is Filipino boxer Manny ‘Pacman’ Pacquiao.
