Child actor Macaulay Culkin gamely posed for a photo taken on the streets of New York recently. He is extremely thin but a rep for the star assured Entertainment Tonight: “Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health.”

In 2010, the 31-year-old broke off a longtime romance with Mila Kunis after a reported eight-year relationship.

Culkin rose to fame as an 8-year-old scene stealer in the “Home Alone” movies. At the peak of his popularity, the child actor was considered the most successful young star during his stardom.

He is rumored to be starring in the British film ‘Service Man’ set for release in 2013.
