Pinoy Inmates on Youtube . The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center with more than a thousand inmates are now making waves on youtube.com. The original video with their own rendition of “Thriller” dance reached 3 million views (as of today), with 7,472 comments and favorited 16,575 times.
Other videos including the songs “Radio Gaga” by British rock band Queen; “Dayang Dayang” the popular Muslim hit song; “I Will Follow Him” theme from the film “Sister Act”; and “In the Navy” by Hagibis can now be watched at Youtube.

Wii and Mii!

I found this site called Mii Editor while blog hopping and i am so excited to see them online. I’ve been playing Nintendo Wii for months with my nephew and we just finished the Super Paper Mario with the help of supercheat.com ha! ha! This editor has the same feature in the actual Nintendo Wii game. Look what i’ve got! Wiiiiiiii! It’s me (not my look alike ha! ha!) and i made one for Pinoy Ambisyoso.
No, it’s not actually how we look like but it’s the same Mii i use in playing Wii at home. So cute!
The Lame Duck President

She was once, twice….called the ‘Lame Duck President’, running for the post, no other than Pres. Macapagal Arroyo.
The term lame duck refers to a politician who has chosen not to seek re-election, is ineligible to run for office again or has lost an election but is still in office until the election winner takes control of the office. The politician is considered a lame duck as he or she is not accountable to the constituency he or she represents.

A high-dreamer, always an achiever. A natural wise. Resourceful and creative. Hospitable and kind. Abstract but prevalent in terms of reasoning. These are few of the innumerable qualities of what a TRUE Filipino is. As what my elementary teacher told us.
In reality, as I grew up, I observed that there are a lot more qualites a REAL Filipino possesses, both in positive and negative, things that anyone would probably say “only in the philippines”.
I have felt these differences as my age increases through meeting new people and being involved in both usual and unusual situations of everyday living. I came to a point of thinking and was fascinated that the word INFLUENCE has played a big role in what a real Filipino should be. Traits that one could compare from then to now.
