Meet Atty. Alexis Lumbatan, the ‘Funny Guy’ during President Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s inauguration on Thursday.
Lumbatan, lawyer of Duterte’s sons Vice Mayor Paolo and Sebastian, was behind the man who made faces on live camera while waiting for Duterte’s oath taking held in Malacanang Palace.
He winked several times, open his eyes wide open to express his joy and spread good vibes among televiewers. In a media interview, the Davao-based lawyer said he was well-behaved when the inaugural event started.
Lumbatan was the same guy who made funny faces on camera during the final leg of 2016 Pilipinas Presidential Debate held at the University of Pangasinan last May.
As of posting, Lumbatan’s video was already viewed more than 4 million times.
