WATCH: Jollibee Dancing To Bruno Mars’ “Versace On The Floor” Goes Viral

Jollibee’s mascot dancing to “Versace On The Floor” by Bruno Mars is now making rounds online.

The video, which was posted on Pinoy Big Brother alumnus Tanner Mata’s Facebook page on Sunday, has been viewed more than 3 million times and has been shared more than 87,000 times.

Unfortunately, the video did not sit well with other netizens saying it’s inappropriate to show the sexy side especially with the presence of kids.

Sajid Tibigar said: “Seriously speaking as per Jollibee Marketing standards this is NOT allowed. Jollibee mascot should portray wholesome image/actions. I am a former JB manager.”

Peng Santos Valencia also said: “Former Jollibee marketing in-charge here. As per company marketing standard jollibee isnt allowed to dance that way! How can they let such happen? Yes, we too adults love the jolly bee, but we need to understand also that most of the kids look up to his wholesome image. To the jollibee store who let this happen whats wrong with you guys?!”

Meanwhile, Jollibee Foods Corp on Monday apologized after the video went viral: “Jollibee would like to apologize to the public, especially to our young fans, who may have been disappointed or offended with the said dance video of our mascot that was uploaded in social media.”
