Tokio Myers was crowned the winner of Britain’s Got Talent 2017 after impressing the audience with his own rendition of Rag’N’Bone Man’s ‘Human.’

The 32-year-old London-based musician beat 10 other acts to win the title. He won £250,000 cash prize and an appearance at the Royal Variety Performance.

Issy Simpson came in second place, Daliso Chaponsa in third place. Other acts include Matt Edwards, The Pensionalities, Kyle Tomlinson, Sarah Ikumu, Missing People Choir, MerseyGirls, Ned Woodman and DNA.

During the finale, Tokio performed an epic mash-up of classical and pop, mixing a piano performance of music from Interstellar, before launching into a cover of Rag’N’Bone Man’s with a choir.

David Walliams called his act the “performance of the night,” while Alesha Dixon said Tokio was “the coolest” contestant the show had ever seen.
