Former Kapuso actor Richard Gutierrez will be joining Kathyrn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla in the much-awaited return of the horror-action fantasy drama series “La Luna Sangre (The Blood Moon).”
Richard will play the role of Sandrino, the King of Vampires, the long lost son of Magnus played by Jake Roxas.
The series will premiere on ABS-CBN’s Primetime Bida evening block and worldwide on The Filipino Channel on June 19, 2017, replacing ‘My Dear Heart.’
Aside from KathNiel, La Luna Sangre also stars Angel Locsin as Lia Ortega-Rodriguez and John Lloyd Cruz as Mateo Rodriguez.
La Luna Sangre, the third installment of Lobo and the sequel to Imortal, is directed by Cathy Garcia-Molina.

On Wednesday, Richard has just signed his contract with ABS-CBN. The signing was made in the presence of COO for broadcast Cory Vidanes, Star Creatives COO Malou Santos, finance head for broadcast and news and current affairs Cat Lopez, and talent manager Annabelle Rama.
