Noven Belleza from Victoria City has been named winner of It’s Showtime’s singing competition Tawag Ng Tanghalan “Huling Tapatan Day 1.”
In an episode aired Monday (March 6), Belleza performed his own rendition of “Lupa,” an OPM original song by Rico J. Puno. His performance earned him the highest number of text votes with 96.20 percent and a spot in the grand finals.

Belleza defeated Rachel Gabreza from Metro Manila, Carlmalone Montecido, Marielle Montellano from Visayas and Mariel Callo from Mindanao.
They will return on Wednesday for a chance to enter the finals on Saturday, March 11 at the Resorts World Manila in Pasay City.
