John Clyd Talili from Surigao del Sur was named first ever winner of ABS-CBN singing competition “Tawag Ng Tanghalan Kids.”
In an episode aired Monday, the 10-year-old young singer performed his own version of “Hesus” by pop rock band Aegis.

His performance earned him praises from the judges and declared winner with a final score of 97.4 percent. He also won P25,000 as the defending champion.
He will be back on Tuesday to defend his title.
