Emarjhun De Guzman and Andrea Badinas from Team Bamboo impressed the coaches for their performance on The Voice Teens Philippines “The Battles.”
In an episode aired Saturday, June 24, Emarjhun De and Andea sang their version of “Hallelujah,” a song performed by Canadian singer Leonard Cohen.
Sharon Cuneta said, “I’ll have to go with Andrea.” Lea Salonga said, “Your heart are both so in it. I’m picking Emarjhun in this battle.”
“If i had to choose, i’ll go with Andrea,” said Sarah Geronimo.
“What’s important for me are your emotions. It’s hard to pick. You are both ready in the next round but i choose Emarjhun.
Meanwhile, Andrea was stolen by coach Sarah Geronimo and she will still continue in the next round.

“The Battles” is the next stage of the competition. This is where a coach will build from his or her team pairs of 2 and will be given a single song to sing together.
The winner will advance to the next round, which is the ‘Knockouts,’ while the artist who lost the battle will be eliminated.
