Emarjhun De Guzman from Team Bamboo performed on ABS-CBN’s reality television competition ‘The Voice Teens Philippines “Live Semifinals” on Sunday, July 23, 2017.
Emarjhun sang his own version of ‘Butterfly,’ a song popularized by American singer Mariah Carey.
“You are one of a kind. I am your number fan,” said Sarah Geronimo.
“I am so proud of you. It was such a challenge. It’s soulful,” said his coach Bamboo Manalac.
Last week, he performed his own version of “It’s A Man’s World” by American singer and songwriter James Brown. He eventually received the highest number of public votes.
During this round, the artist who gets the highest number of public votes will secure a spot in the grand finals while the lowest will be eliminated.
The two artists with the highest score will join Jona Marie Soquite (Team Sarah) and Mica Becerro (Team Lea) in the grand finals next week.
