Chris Blue performed his emotional rendition of “The Tracks of my Tears” by Smokey Robinson & The Miracles on The Voice Season 12 Blind Audition on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
Blue, 26 years old, earned the final spot for Team Alicia. “I was looking for male voice someone who is bluesy and soulful,” Keys said after his performance.
Gwen Stefani actually admitted, “If I’m looking real sour right now, it’s because my team is full. And Alicia got real lucky because she was so patient.”
Blake Shelton said that the Tennessee singer would have earned a four chair turn if not for the other coach’s teams being full.
