LOOK: Apple Launches iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus Red Edition

Apple has just launched a red iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, a special edition model only available in 128 and 256gb capacities.

Every purchase of iPhone 7 (RED) contributes to the Global Fund to support HIV/AIDS programs and help deliver an AIDS-free generation.

“Since we began working with (RED) 10 years ago, our customers have made a significant impact in fighting the spread of AIDS through the purchase of our products, from the original iPod nano (PRODUCT)RED Special Edition all the way to today’s lineup of Beats products and accessories for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch,” said Tim Cook, Apple’s CEO.

The special edition Red iPhones will be available in stores and online this Friday, March 24th, in the United States with starting price of US$749 (around Php37,500) and US$869 (around Php43,500), respectively.

They’ll hit 40 additional countries later this month and an additional five in April.
