A video showing an angry condo unit owner confronting an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) tenant is currently making rounds on social media.
The man identified as Louie Baltazar by the netizens was fuming mad and arrogantly confronted the lady and her children who was bonding at the playground of Gateway Heights Regency that time.
According to Baltazar, taking videos around the area is strictly prohibited as per rules and regulations by the management of the said condominium. He also reminded the family about the safety and security of the unit owners, in a very rude manner.
At the end of the video, the family apologized for what happened and deleted the videos they’ve taken.
On Facebook, netizens expressed their anger and disappointment over Baltazar.
The viral video was posted by Mayuki Shichi on Monday and has been shared 18,500 times as of this writing.
