The Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court (RTC) Executive Judge Juanita T. Guerrero (Branch 204), has ordered the arrest for Senator Leila De Lima, Bureau of Corrections officer-in-charge Rafael Ragos and her former driver-bodyguard Ronnie Dayan.
On Thursday, February 23, the presiding judge ordered the arrest of Senator Leila De Lima for her alleged involvement in the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) illegal drug trade.
Dayan was alleged as her bagman while Ragos confessed that they have delivered millions to De Lima’s house.
De Lima is also facing separate cases for violations of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act or Republic Act 9165 at the Muntinlupa City RTC Branches 205 and 206.
