Chief Insp. Amor Cerillo, PCP7 commander, Kian was believed to be the runner of “Neneng” Escopino, a drug pusher on the police watch list. However, the teenager was not on any drug list.
Earlier reports said Kian fought back and fired a gun at policemen for self-defense, but a CCTV footage showed that he was being dragged away by men in civilian clothes.
