On Monday, Seguerra accused Emgoldex recruiters of false advertising and branding her as an endorser.

Seguerra posted a screenshot of a post made by an Emgoldex member while holding a sports jersey with her first name printed at the back and the Emgoldex logo in front. The company sponsored the concert at the Boracay Nightclub at the Asiana Hotel in Dubai on Friday.

“Do not use me to get people to join your group because I am not endorsing your group,” he said. “Do not use false advertising to entice people to join you. I am warning you, do not use my name.” she wrote on her official Instagram account.

Last month, SEC has already issued a warning to the public against investing their money with Emgoldex which claims to offer the public to invest for a promise of high returns where an investment of P1,000 would earn profits ranging from P5,000 to P10,000 or a placement of P35,000 would yield P180,000 to P360,000.
