MMFF 2016 Winners List, Paolo Ballesteros Wins Best Actor For “Die Beautiful”


Paolo Ballesteros and Irma Adlawan won big for the films “Die Beautiful” and “Oro” at the 42nd Metro Manila Film Festival.

Adlawan takes home the best actress award, opposite Ballesteros who bagged the best actor award at the awards night held on Thursday at the Kia Theatre, Araneta Center in Quezon City.

Meanwhile, Erik Mati’s “Seklusyon” bagged the most number of awards. It won best supporting actress, best film editor, best cinematography, best screenplay, best production design and best sound design.

The best supporting actress and actor went to Phoebe Walker and Christian Bables, for the films “Seklusyon” and “Die Beautiful” respectively.
