WATCH: Miss Amazonas 2015 Beauty Pageant Gone Wrong, Runner Up Attacks Winner

A beauty pageant in Brazil came to a chaotic ending when the runner-up yanked the winner’s crown in a fit of rage over what she claimed was a fraudulent result.

The Daily Mirror reported that the incident was held over the weekend at a convention Centre in Manaus, the Amazon’s largest city.

During the coronation ceremony of Miss Amazonas 2015, runner-up Carolina Toledo was caught on camera snatching the crown off winner Sheislane Hayalla’s head and then throwing it on the ground.

Hayalla claimed that the winner had bought the title. “In Manaus money is the boss and I’m showing the people of Amazonas that money is not in charge here, she did not deserve it,” said Hayalla in reference to the state’s capital.

Video of Hayalla’s reaction went viral on social networks.
