Kiera Weathers has been eliminated from The X Factor after receiving the least public votes along with Seann Miley Moore.
Kiera was shocked after Olly Murs and Caroline Flack revealed the result during the live double elimination on Sunday, November 8.
Meanwhile, Seann was booted off in the competition after performing against fellow contestant Mason Noise in the sing off.
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini said, “I honestly don’t want to send either of you home. I’m in shock that you are in the bottom two. You both represent such different things. Mason is the performer. He entered the competition facing adversity but he’s learned so much since then. And Seann, you’ve been incredible from day one. This is the hardest bottom two I’ve ever been faced with. But unfortunately, based on that performance alone, I’m going to send home Mason.”
Simon Cowell also chose to send home Mason while Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw both picked to save Seann, meaning the ultimate decision was in the public’s vote.
Despite giving a better performance, Seann was eliminated after the public opted to save Mason.
The remaining acts performing next week are 4th Impact, Max Stone, Louisa Johnson, Reggie N Bollie, Monica Michael,
Che Chesterman, Lauren Murray, Anton Stephans and Mason Noise.
