Sam Mangubat from Laguna defend his title for the fourth time on It’s Showtime’s ‘Tawag Ng Tanghalan.
On Friday, August 19, the Youtube star belted out ‘Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran and received a total score of 92.6 percent.
Beating daily winner Freddie Llorente with 91.8 percent. The returning contestant from Metro Manila performed his own rendition of The Journey’s hit “All These Years.”

Mangubat will return on the show to defend his crown for the fifth time. He will be the next contestant to enter the semi-finals of the competition if he retain his title.
