Pauline Agupitan, a sixteen-year-old belter from Batangas, made another remarkable performance on It’s Showtime singing competition “Tawag Ng Tanghalan.”
On Friday, June 10, Agupitan performed her version of “Killing Me Softly” chosen by head judge Rey Valera. It’s also the same song she performed when she lost to 23-year-old Chrisel Joy dela Cruz challenger from Davao in January.
Valera picked the song to prove her worth and versatility as a singer. Agupitan remain as one of the favorite contenders in this quarter’s semi-final rounds.
On Saturday, two singers will move on to Tawag Ng Tanghalan Grand Finals while the rest will be eliminated.
