OFW singer from Bulacan Eumee Capile remains the defending champion of It’s Showtime singing competition “Tawag Ng Tanghalan” on Thursday, September 22, 2016.
During the final rounds of the competition, Capile sang her version of Jessie J’s hit “Mamma Knows Best,” while daily round winner Evelyn Cinco from Visayas performed her own rendition of Shirley Bassey’s “The Greatest Performance Of My Life.”

After the judges deliberation, hosts Jugs Jugueta, Teddy Corpuz and Anne Curtis revealed that Capile garnered a total average score of 93.4 percent for her performance, while daily winner Cinco received 93.2, a difference of .2 percent.
Capile took home a total of P210,000 cash prize and she will return on the show to defend her title on Friday.
