The youngest contestant tonight earned a three-chair turn from the coaches of The Voice.
“I saw your confidence when you perform. You’re relaxed. You’re so sweet. Your voice is pure and innocent,” said Sharon Cuneta.
“Your voice is clear and simple. You’re already a superstar,” said coach Lea Salonga. “All of us turned for you but you have to choose only one,” she added.
“Hearing you, I know you are six years old. You sounded like a baby singing. There’s a sweetness in your voice. I’d like you to join my team,” Bamboo Manalac said.
The six-year-old aspiring singer from Quezon City eventually chose to be part of Team Lea.
“The Voice Kids Philippines,” hosted by Luis Manzano, Robi Domingo, and Kim Chiu, airs Saturdays after “Home Sweetie Home” and on Sundays after “Goin’ Bulilit.”
