Visual artist Christopher Rodrigueza from Quezon City was not able to finish singing “One Last Cry” by Brian McKnight on Tawag Ng Tanghalan on Tuesday, October 3, 2016.
During the second round of the third semifinals, judge Rey Valera decided to cut Rodrigueza’s performance short because of his recurring cough.
Valera told Rodrigueza: “If ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ is not really for you, I’m very sure there are many opportunities outside the competition.”
The remaining contestants are Jennie Gabriel, Noven Belleza, Antonio Sabalza, Eumee Capile, and Rufino Robles.
