For the first time, ABS-CBN’s reality talent search “Pilipinas Got Talent” crowned a dance act as its grand winner.

Power Duo, composed of Anjanette and Gervin, was named winner of Pilipinas Got Talent Season 5 with a perfect 100 percent total score from the public and judges. The result was revealed during the show’s grand finals night held at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on Sunday, May 22.
Taking home P100,000 each were 1st runner-up Amazing Pyra (Fire Dancer) and 2nd runner-up Ody Sto. Domingo (Magician), who got 66.57 and 50.61 percent, respectively.
The dance duo from Angono Rizal was the first act who made it to the live semi-final rounds of the competition after judge Robin Padilla hit the golden buzzer for their creative dance performance in January.
Hosted by Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford, the show’s judging panel was composed of Vice Ganda, Freddie M. Garcia, Robin Padilla and Angel Locsin.
