The 29th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Television has announced the winners on Thursday night at the Kia Theater in Quezon City.

Alden Richards and Maja Salvador were the big winners as they received the top drama acting honors for their portrayals in Ilustrado and Bridges of Love.
Meanwhile, ABS-CBN child star Jana Agoncillo beat Eat Bulaga’s Darling Maine ‘Yaya Dub’ Mendoza in the Best New Female TV Personality category.

Aside from Maine, the Dream Dad lead star also beat other nominees like Loisa Andalio, Maris Racal, Ali Forbes, MJ Lastimosa and Stephanie Yamut in the same category.
