El Gamma Penumbra Joins Asia’s Got Talent, Advances to Semifinals

Filipino group El Gamma Penumbra stunned the judges as well as the viewers all over the world with their unique performance on Asia’s Got Talent.

The shadow group who joined Pilipinas Got Talent received praises from all the four judges of the competition .

‘One of the beautiful things about sitting in this chair is I get to see things I would never see in my life. I have no idea how you did it. I have no idea how it works, but I know it was absolutely magical. Thank you for a beautiful experience,’ 16-time Grammy winner David Foster told the group.

UK pop sensation and former Spice Girl Melanie C, for her part, said, ‘I got emotional after watching that. It’s mind blowing.’

‘I loved how you guys told the stories beautifully and it was just so wonderful to see live and up close. Thank you so much for that great job,’ said Taiwanese-American pop idol Vanness Wu.

Meanwhile, Indonesian rock icon Anggun gave a standing ovation and decided to send the group straight to semi-finals by pressing the Golden Buzzer.
