Last week, AlDub reached another milestone for breaking the most tweeted hashtag on Twitter! On Sept. 26, hashtag #ALDubEBforLOVE garnered 26 million tweets, close to current Twitter record holder of 28.4 million global Tweets for Super Bowl XLIX in February 2015.
AlDub is expected to sweep the nation and internet again when Eat Bulaga’s phenomenal love team Alden Richards and Maine ‘Yaya Dub’ Mendoza meet at the Broadway Studio on Saturday, October 3.
As of 2 a.m. today, the hashtag #ALDUBmeetsTVJ is already trending on Twitter with 1.8 million tweets. And as of 10:14 a.m. the hashtag #ALDUBmeetsTVJ reached more than 5 million tweets!
