How true that Marian Rivera harassed and humiliated young actress Bela Padilla? According to reports, Marian allegedly intimated Bela during the taping of GMA-7 “Endless Love”. Worst thing happened when Marian locked herself and Bela inside a comfort room and threatened to avoid getting close with her boyfriend.
The 19-year-old Bela plays Dingdong’s girlfriend in current episodes of the teleserye where Marian got jealous over real-life boyfriend Dingdong Dantes.
The allegations came from Bela’s talent manager Claire dela Fuente. In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), dela Fuente said it happened in the last three months while taping the teleserye. The talent manager narrated some of the encounters;
“Bakit hindi mo ako binati? Nandoon ako sa dressing room ko, bakit hindi mo binati ako?… ‘Makakarating ito kay Mrs. Annette Abrogar (President of GMA Films).” (Marian did tell, Claire said)
“Ang pangit-pangit mo! Ang bobo-bobo mo umarte! Hindi kita ka-level, huwag mo akong babatiin!”
“Sa tingin mo papatulan ka ni Dingdong? Kahit kailan hindi ka papatulan ni Dingdong!’”
In a separate interview, Popoy Caritativo, the manager of Marian Rivera on the other hand released a statement yesterday regarding Claire dela Fuente‘s claims.
“Hindi na kami magsasalita. Ginagamit lang nila si Marian. Hindi namin sila papatulan. Kahit sa GMA, hindi na kami magsasalita,” was his short response.
Marian Rivera kept her silence on this issue, but her manager said, “We have no comment at the moment. We will answer at the right time and at the proper forum. Thanks.” PEP reports.
