TV host-actress Toni Gonzaga and film director Paul Soriano finally tied the knot on June 12 at the United Methodist Church in Taytay, Rizal. The couple are also celebrating their eighth anniversary today.
Toni, 30, wore a gown by popular American fashion designer Vera Wang. while Paul, 33, donned a Hugo Boss suit. They chose the “traditional, simple, and clean” wedding motif based on the floral arrangement by Gideon Hermosa.
Among the principal sponsors were Manila Mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada, ABS-CBN chair Gabby Lopez, ABS-CBN president and CEO Charo Santos-Concio, Saranggani Representative and boxing champion Manny Pacquiao, TV host-talent manager Boy Abunda and presidential sister Kris Aquino.
Paul proposed marriage to Toni during her birthday in January 2015. They met in 2006 at a concert topbilled by Gary Valenciano.
