Miss Universe Philippines 2000, Nina Ricci Alagao, shared her disappointments and sentiments on how ABS-CBN singer-actress Toni Gonzaga hosted the Bb. Pilipinas 2015 Grand Coronation held last night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
On her Facebook account, Alagao wrote:
As expected, netizens came to praise and bash her hosting skills. Toni became a hot topic in social media right after the pageant and trended on Twitter at no. 3 spot.
Even a fashion designer from Cebu, Cary Santiago, was not pleased. He said:
But one of the netizens defended Toni from Alagao’s statement, “I guess this is TOO HARSH for a contension. Is it necessary to go down to her roots or from whatever she came from. A big, “SO WHAT?!” Whatever she is from the past doesn’t detest what she is now. You’ve been a queen, I know. And that a queen must know how to voice a contension in a very respective way,” John Isaac Navarro said.
