Actress Isabelle Daza has apologized to the people of Siquijor after using a hashtag #Siquiwhores on her Instagram post.

Vice Governor Dingdong Avanzado took to Instagram to announce that Isabelle has already apologized to those offended by her post.
“Actress Isabelle Daza has already explained that the hashtag#siquiWhores was merely “a joke” and is a “term of endearment” between her and her cousins. Likewise, she apologized to the people of Siquijor who may have been offended by such a term. I encourage the netizens and the people of Siquijor to accept her apology, move on, and focus our time and efforts on more important concerns that our nation faces today,” Dingdong posted.
Avanzado encouraged netizens and the people of Siquijor to accept her apology.
Isabelle was criticized by netizens for using the hashtags #siquiWhores and #siquiHoes in several photos on her Instagram account last Sunday.
