Celebrity couple Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera are now officially husband and wife. The ‘Royal Wedding’ took place at the Immaculate Conception Church in Cubao, Tuesday, December 30.
The ceremony was attended by the couple’s closest friends and relatives. Among the guests are President Benigno Aquino III, sister Kris who stood as a sponsor, Vic Sotto, Gov. Vilma Santos-Recto, Ogie Alcasid and wife Regine Velasquez, Sen. Bam Aquino, Lolit Solis and German Moreno.
The entourage consists of Marian’s best friends from showbiz Ana Feleo and Roxanne Barcelo were the maids of honors. Dingdong’s brother Jose Angelo Dantes was one of the three best men.
Secondary sponsors include Richard Gomez and Cong. Lucy Torres; Senators Bam Aquino and Grace Poe; KC Concepcion; Ai-Ai Delas Alas and Gabby Eigenmann.
After the wedding, the couple and their guests will head to the Mall of Asia Arena for the reception.
