According to media reports, a two-part private video featuring the 12-year-old actress is now circulating online. The first part, apparently taken inside a bedroom while the second was taken inside a bathroom.
True or not, you should not spread the video. Doing so is punishable by law. The uploader may face legal charges such as:
Republic Act No. 9995 or the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act of 2009: Taking a photo or video coverage of a person or group of persons performing sexual act. It includes capturing an image of a person’s private parts. Reproduction, copying, selling, or distribution of the photo or video of sexual act. Publishing, broadcasting, showing or exhibiting the photo or video of sexual act.
Revised Penal Code, Article 355: A libel committed by means of writing, printing, lithography, engraving, radio, phonograph, painting, theatrical exhibition, cinematographic exhibition, or any similar means, punishable by prision correccional in its minimum and medium periods or a fine ranging from 200 to 6,000 pesos, or both, in addition to the civil action which may be brought by the offended party.
Most of the websites spreading the alleged video contains virus and can compromise your computers as well as your personal information.
