Winners of Women’s World Cup of Golf
Our country received so much blessings since the start of 2008. After the success of our Kababayan in the entertainment scene abroad, here we are again.
In sports, the Philippine Pride Jennifer Rosales and Dorothy Delasin win over Ji-Yai Shin and Eun-Hee Ji of South Korea in the recently concluded Women’s World Cup of Golf. Taiwan and Japan shared third place.

The event was held at Sun City, South Africa - Sunday 20th January 2008. The Philippines out played 19 other teams including South Africa, the home nation, finished tied for sixth with Canada and Wales.
Congratulations! The Filipinos are really proud of you.

hubby and i were glued to the TV throughout the tournament (except for the last day). nobody, (not even the anchors) expected our team to do that well. everyone was batting for taiwan, korea, and even canada. belat, hehe! galing yata tayong mga pinoy eh.
