Last October me and my family went to Hongkong for a special vacation. The trip was also part of my birthday and got lucky that my sister paid all my expenses from the plane ticket to hotel accommodation. All were very excited and night before the flight news came that a typhoon (Santi) will hit Manila by morning. I tried calling the airlines, but it’s busy until midnight. We decided to go at the airport that morning amidst the news about canceled flights. As expected, our flight was re scheduled from 5:30AM to 12:30PM. In short there was a delay because of the typhoon.
While waiting at the airport, we had time to get more rest on the vacant chairs. The boarding area was like a ghost town. Only few people were present and we had time talking to some of our Kababayans working in Hongkong.
Finally we arrived in Hongkong at around 4:30PM with our family friend. The rest of the family came at around 10PM from a different flight. It’s about time to talk about our itineraries since no plans were made when we were in Manila. The following day all went to Ocean Park and Disneyland on the third day.
Some of the members of the family visited Hongkong last year so they decided not to go there anymore. They went for shopping instead. Only the three of us went to Disneyland on the third day. Me, my friend and my nephew.
Night before i started packing my things including my ritual “baon” every time i travel. It includes of course the Century Bangus Fillet. My friend asked if i’m serious about the tuna and i said yes i will definitely bring it to Disneyland. Funny how it sounds, but i want to save more money instead of buying foods inside the theme park. Besides Century Bangus Fillet is a ready to open can and a healthy food for everyone especially for kids.
Our trip to Hongkong Disneyland was a great experience! We all enjoyed the rides, met lot of fellow Filipinos working there and enjoyed eating Century Bangus Fillet! When we were on the train, my nephew said he loved the Century Bangus Fillet and told me to buy more when we get home in Manila.
Back home i’ve tried Century Bangus Fillet as the main ingredient for spaghetti instead of ground beef. It was so delightful and everybody loved the new tasting recipe. Thanks Century!

I wouldn’t know anything about the new Century Bangus Fillet without the suggestion of a co-blogger Itots. I first heard it on Plurk while packing the old Century Tuna cans. Thanks and hope you enjoyed my story.
