Smart Telecoms Free Unlimited Call “Smartalk”

Smart Telecommunications newest service called Smartalk starts effective yesterday June 26, 2009. All SMART Buddy and SMART Gold subscribers are free to avail the service. Smart Free unlimited call is a bonus from Smart Telecommunications but will end on September this year.
How does it work?
Smartalk is available in two denominations – 100 and 500. The Php100 offers 5 days unlimited calls from Smart to Smart subscribers and the Php500 has 30 days to use the service.
How to avail?
The subscriber needs to send Talk100 to 6400 for a Smartalk 100 package, or Talk500 to 6400 for a Smartalk 500 load. The payment for the package bought will be automatically deducted from subscriber’s prepaid load, and they just need to have a P1 maintaining balance.

merun akong 4 na sim (globe, smart and 2 sun) ung recent na ginagamit ko is ung sun and globe.. but i heard na may unlimited calls nga sa smart, so i switch my globe into smart muna, nagpalod ako ng 115 kc kailangan ng maintaining balance na 1 peso.. after dat i tried registering (TALK100 to 6400) 2 days na ko nagpaparegister pero ganun pa rin yung reply ng smart dat the service is unavailable.. i plan to go back using smart sana i thot kc ok na ung service nila, but im wrong naging worst pa ata.. i even disregard my unlimited call and text sa sun dahil nga minsan may mga area pa rin na medyo mahina ung signal sa sun.. pero now hindi ko na talaga ipagpapalit ung unli call and txt ng sun dahil lng sa walang signal minsan, atleast hindi sayang ung load ko.. 350 lng binabayaran ko per month for the unli call and txt.. den ung isang sim ko na sun which is international sun sim, its very cheap lalo na ung col and txt sa abroad, piso lng bawas per txt unlike sa ibang network its 15 pesos or more depende sa haba ng msg mo.. and ung col sa abroad parang local col lng ung rate.. and madali lng tumawag sa costumer service dey will give atention agad, unlike sa smart inaabot ako ng 1 oras wala na rin sasagot na costumer service nakakatulugan ko na lng ung pag aantay.. sus!
tsaka ibabalik pa ung load mo or giving you more dan your load just ncase nagkaproblem ung service nila..
im sure hindi man ganun kaganda ung signal ng sun ngaun lalo na sa mga remote areas but still in the mere future it will.. paganda naman ng paganda kahit papano ung service nila.. and im waiting for it na maging full blast na ung service all over the country..
uu nga dapat boycoot na … lage nagnanakaw ng load smart kahit hindi pa ung expiration date ng load.

@AMBO did you know that the Consumer group Consumer Complaints Center, Inc. has filed a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) against Smart Communications, Inc.’s promo “Smartalk,” calling it “deceptive” and “confusing.” Consumer Complaints Center President Vicente F. Gambito said his group has been receiving complaints about smartalk on the supposed poor service of the unlimited voice call promo smartalk. Mr. Gambito claimed the service bogged down during the first two weeks of implementation of smartalk, and that the *6400 service was unavailable for reasons such as the “phone was unattended” or “phone is outside of the coverage area”, but a connection could be made to an non Smartalk number using a regular call without the use of the prefix *6400 of smartalk. Also, attempts to subscribe to Smartalk during the period only resulted in receiving delayed messages saying the promo was unavailable at the time the registration was made.

Diko kasi alam nung una na merong deretsong smart talk 100, ang ginawa ko nagpalod muna ako ng 115 regular load tapos nung nireregister ko laging unavailable dahil sa overwhelming chenez nila. then tumawag ako sa tita ko wer ako nagpalod at sinabi nga niya na may deretsong talk 100 na, kaya nagpalod nko.. sa kaexcitedan ginamit ko na sya nung nareceive ko, pagchek ko ng balance ko nawala na yung regular load ko tapos nung tumatawag na ulit ako zero balance na daw. Badtrip talaga!!sayang pera ko.pantetext ko pa sana yun sa other networks.nilamon lang ng smart madaya.
