Joshua Ledet, 21, from Westlake, Louisiana sang his own rendition of “I’d Rather Go Blind” by Etta James picked by judge Randy Jackson on American Idol 2012 Top 3 Performance Show on Thursday, May 16 episode.

According to the judges:

Randy Jackson: You are such a classic.

Jennifer Lopez: You always bring down the house.

Steven Tyler: It’s like a dream come true for you. You sang like an American Idol.
