Universal Pictures has just released the second full-length trailer of “Bourne Legacy” starring Avengers star Jeremy Renner alongside Academy Award-winning actress Rachel Weisz. The spy-thriller movie is the latest in the Bourne franchise that was filmed in the Philippines especially in Manila, Pasay, and Palawan.
Some of the scenes in the newly released trailer includes a residential area in Manila’s Ermita and Sta. Mesa districts and a portion of Jones Bridge. Philippine jeepneys and tricycles are also featured in the action scenes of the trailer.
Other stars in the movie include Edward Norton, Stacy Keach and Oscar Isaac, Albert Finney, Joan Allen, David Strathairn and Scott Glenn.
“Bourne Legacy” premieres in the United States on August 3. Watch the full-trailer below.
Spy-drama film “Bourne Legacy” has just released it’s first and official movie trailer on Wednesday, Feb. 8. The trailer reveals Jeremy Renner’s character as “Kenneth Kitson from Reno,” a wounded soldier who joins the top-secret superspy-creating government program that also created Bourne.
The first installments of the franchise followed the exploits of supersoldier Jason Bourne, played by Matt Damon. “Jason Bourne was the tip of the iceberg,” Byer (Edward Norton) can be heard saying in the new trailer, while the words “There was never just one,” appear on the screen.
