Where is Reynaldo Lapuz?
Remember the Filipino guy who auditioned for American Idol this season? Our very own Reynaldo Lapuz. The guy behind the famous song “We’re Brothers Forever“.
After his audition from American Idol, Reynaldo Lapuz became an instant celebrity in 15 minutes later. Recognized from people all around the world. Lapuz can sing, but the judges especially Simon Cowell had to say, “I’m going to make a prediction here. I have a horrible feeling that it’s going to be a hit record. You’re very entertaining. I actually like you but it’s going to be ‘No.”
Reynaldo Lapuz, “a former tricycle driver for 11 years in Quezon City who migrated in the US in 2004 and worked as a janitor at Greyhound and Walmart, Reynaldo Lapuz auditioned for American Idol Season 7, the judges instantly turned him into a worldwide celebrity”
Despite his failure in American Idol, Reynaldo Lapuz is continuing his popularity in the United States. In fact, he now have his own website at renaldolapuz.com. Some people are wondering why Renaldo instead of Reynaldo?
He is also a commercial endorser now, but the company is set to reveal soon. Reynaldo Lapuz is also in Wikipedia and tagged as the Birdman. Notice the external links at the bottom of the page? Same bloggers that we know, Jehzlau-concepts.com and Scarty.com Congratulations to both of you.
Renaldolapuz.com is actually having it’s own contest. A video remix of We’re Brothers Forever. There are interesting videos, but it reached the Final Four. Winner of the remix video contest will be announced as American Idol Season 7 announces it’s winner. Among the Final Four, the entry entitled Brothers Forever is the one i really like. I’m sure you’ll gonna like it too. Watch.

I left a comment at his site some months back and got a reply. It said the site is really Reynaldo”s although it is maintained by a friend since Reynaldo is on tour!! O di ba? Sosyalan! Di ko kinaya yun! LOL

galing din ako dati dun non ipost ko yan tungkol kay reynaldo. di naman niya site yun. kaya naging renaldo ata yun e gawa s english punto ni simon. anyway yun mga gusto tumulong sa mga nagugutom na tulad ko eh maaari kayong tumulong. Punta laang kayo sa http://www.freerice.com makakatulong ka na ay maeenhance pa ikaw sa vocabulary.di na kelangan magreg dun, gada tamang sagot ay ilan butil ng bigas ang maibabahagi mo sa kanila. sa katunayan ako ay naka20 kilos na. senxa na ambo sa pagpromote dine.

Feeling ko fan lang ni Mr. Lapuz ang gumawa ng site at gustong kumita sa popularity niya. After niya ma-register ang renaldolapuz.com bigla siyang napakamot ng ulo at sinabing, “Ay mali! Kulang ng Y. Pakshet… di bali, pwede na yan.” Wahehe.

grabe, malaki talaga ang naitutulong ng American Idol. imagine, may sarili na syang website (na talagang feeling ko hindi sya mismo ang nagtatag) at kung anu-ano pang pakulo. Basta Pinoy, panalo.
