Vhon Tanto, an Army reservist, was arrested in Masbate on Friday, four days after the road rage incident on Monday evening in Quiapo that left cyclist Mark Vincent Garalde dead.

He arrived at the Manila Police District headquarters in Ermita and presented to PNP Chief Ronald ‘Bato’ dela Rosa on Saturday.
Bato immediately gave his advise to Tanto, “give him a boxing lessons,” apparently after he suffered badly in the hands of Geralde during their fistfight.
Tanto was immediately captured after a CCTV footage surfaced online showing him shooting Geralde several times following a fistfight in Quiapo, Manila.
