Maria Mika Maxine Medina was crowned winner of Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2016! She will represent the Philippines to this year’s Miss Universe pageant.

Aside from winning the crown, Medina also took home the special award as Miss Philippine Airlines.
The 25-year-old beauty from Quezon City bested 39 other contestants during the Bb. Pilipinas Grand Coronation Night held Sunday night at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, Quezon City.
Fan favorites Kylie Verzosa and Nichole Manalo were crowned as Binibining Pilipinas-International and Binibining Pilipinas-Globe respectively.
Also crowned were Jennifer Hammond (Binibining Pilipinas-Intercontinental), Joanna Eden (Binibining Pilipinas-Supranational) and Nicole Cordoves (Binibining Pilipinas-Grand International).
Angelica Alita was named first runner-up, while Jehza Huelar was second runner-up.
